Please be aware that there is a planned maintenance that might affect your Ethernet or EFM circuit as follows:
The maintenance will take place on 26th October from 00.00 to 06.00, during the maintenance window your service is at risk of downtime. The anticipated downtime is 2 hours.
The reason for the maintenance is to carry out essential power work at a main network hub in Leeds. The work will effect EFM circuits across many exchanges nationally. Contractors will perform this maintenance as quickly as possible to minimize any impact to your service.
