Potential Downtime for Hosted PBX Users 10/12/2012

We are planning to add a critical software patch to our platform security software in the early hours of Monday 10th December (between midnight and 2am).

As this patch is related to enhancing the security of our platform there is the possibility that some end point devices such as routers or telephones may require a reboot to re-initiate registration to our platform.

If you experience any problems with loss of service, please first restart your telephones and broadband router. If you still experience a problem, please submit a support ticket above.
