Hosted PBX Software Security Patch - 23rd April 2013

We will be implementing a software upgrade on our SBC layer to provide a more robust security mechanism for SIP registrations on our hosted PBX platform.

The update is scheduled to be installed on 23rd April 2013 00:00:01. Customers will experience a slight service interruption of a few minutes as the patch is applied.

All customer routers and phones should continue to work after the patch has been applied. Although we don't anticipate any problems, if problems are experienced we recommend a complete reboot of the any phones and internet routing equipment.
