Planned Maintenance Ethernet and EFM - 27th June 2013

Please be aware that there is a planned maintenance that might affect your Ethernet or EFM circuit as follows:

The maintenance will take place on the 27th of June from 1am to 6am, during the maintenance window your service is at risk of downtime. The anticipated downtime is 5 hours.

The reason for the maintenance is to carry out switch swap outs at various exchanges.

Engineers will perform this maintenance as quickly as possible to minimize any impact to your service.
