Please be aware that there is a planned maintenance that might affect your Ethernet or EFM circuit as follows:
The maintenance will take place on the 18th of July from 1am to 6am, during the maintenance window your service is at risk of downtime. The anticipated downtime is 2 hours.
The reason for the maintenance is switch swap outs at Blackfriars and Sowerby Bridge exchanges.
We will perform this maintenance as quickly as possible to minimize any impact to your service.
