12/05/12 - Broadband (xDSL) Outage - North of England

Customers in the Manchester area and the North of England may be experiencing broadband connectivity problems. We have been informed there is an issue with the BT Network effecting a large area. We have been informed by BT that they have ordered a part to site to rectify the issue.

BT have advised that the next update due from them is at 2pm. Updates will be provided when we have them from BT, please see below.

    All circuits affected by the outage have now recovered.

    Some customers may experience stale sessions. If your broadband connection does not reconnect automatically, turn off your broadband equipment for 30 minutes, and then restart the equipment and attempt to reconnect.
