13/03/13 - Inbound Calls Not Ringing Handsets on Hosted PBX

We are being informed that there may be an isolated issue within the BT IPX effecting some customers on our hosted PBX service.

Some customers are reporting an issue whereby inbound calls are not ringing their normal destinations.

BT IPX and Asterisk Engineers are working to resolve this and we hope to post an update shortly.
