There is currently a major service outage with one of the data centres affecting the Internet Service Providers that we use (MDNX, Zen, Murphx), meaning numerous clients have been affected by broadband outages.
We will advise you once the fault has been cleared, however for now we suggest users effected, try rebooting their routers every 20-30 minutes to test if the circuit is back up and running.
