17/01/14 - Possible One-Way Call Issue

There is an issue on the hosted platform at present affecting inbound traffic, we have logged the fault to the BT IP Exchange who are working to clear this issue. The fault is intermittent and normally the caller can connect on the second attempt.

We will update you once we have a resolve.
