OK.
Please check all cables are properly connected. This includes:
- Handset to floor/wall socket.
- Curly Cord
- Corresponding floor/wall socket identification number in patch panel to Telephone System.
If this did not fix the problem:

- Handset Make & Model
- Extension Number
- User Name
- Details of problem being experienced
Your email will automatically generate a ticket which will be assessed and placed into a queue to be dealt with.
