OK. The good news is that, if the DSL or WAN2 light is solid green, it looks as though your internet connection is online. It may well be that your router has simply "locked up".
Please reboot (power off/on) your router. Please note that rebooting your router WILL cause the DSL light to start flashing as the router attempts to re-establish a connection to the internet. The reboot and reconnection will take up to a minute.
Once the DSL light is solid, the router is back online.
It may be up to 5 minutes before all your handsets re-register with our Hosted Phone System. Handsets will re-register at different times so don't worry if not all handsets come back online at the same time.
