Customers not receiving fax to email alerts

If you are experiencing problems with the voicemail to email service on any of our hosted platforms, please take the following steps:


Ensure the voicemail to email deliveries are not being filtered into spam or junk email folders.


Ensure your IT provider does not have a high level spam filter enabled which is discarding the emails.


White list the following IP's on your mail server (you may need your IT provider to do this):
